New Air Conditioner - Dishonest Warranty Representation

Purchased new Carrier A/C from Enercare in May 2021 with 10 year parts and 3 years labour warranty (as documented in contract).
Now 1 year later, Enercare says it will only honour 1 year labour warranty despite written contract documents that state otherwise.
Dishonest!
