Levine Contracting

There had been moisture around the window drywall, ledge, and bench area for the last couple of years. I put dehumidifiers around the area, but it really needed to be repaired. I wanted to get it taken care of in case mould started to form. I had 3 companies assess it and Josh was the only only that said our window was fine. It needed to be cleaned as the weepers were blocked up so water was running down the sill & affecting the surrounding drywall and bench area. He said he was also going to check outside to see if there was any areas rain water could get in. I was happy with Josh's assessment as I'd heard from handy neighbours that they didn't think the window itself needed to be replaced.
Josh cleaned & fixed up the window. Removed & replaced the moist drywall, and built the bench area. Since my daughter wants to paint her room, I told Josh he didn't need to repaint his repairs.
He also said he was going to check our roof for any maintenance work if I wanted him to which I did.
He gave me a quote & also said that if there was roof maintenance required that would be extra. I was happy with his quote and felt after talking to him at the initial assessment that he knew his stuff.
Josh was very professional about communicating what he what he was doing, etc. He was very efficient with his time and cognizant of clean up and taking his shoes off in the house.
