We met with Marco by appointment only due to Covid, meaning we were the only people in the store with him. This provided ample time to walk around the showroom and closely examine all product offerings , with lots of time for questions. We found Marco to be knowledgeable and professional and he made the process an easy experience from start to finish. We ordered a queen size wall bed and selected the white chocolate cabinet offering. When our renovations were completed, Marco’s team arrived and delivered and installed the bed in a couple of hours. They arrived on time, respected our home by removing shoes etc. And followed all Covid protocols. They were professional and personable and did a great job! We have already recommended BOFF to some friends and would have no hesitation in using them again for any future needs. Thanks to Marco and team, we can now utilize our media room space on a day to day basis, while still being prepared for visiting friends and relatives who wish to stay over!! We had to plan and execute some major renovations in preparation to move my in-laws into our home. Renovations included converting two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our bathroom with tub into a walk in shower and to take about 30% of our unfinished basement and build a media room with full bathroom. After researching multiple vendors and receiving multiple quotations, we selected ROI Reno’s. Our decision was based not only on the price, but on our comfort level in speaking with Jim Dickinson, owner and based on his experience and customer reviews etc. We absolutely made the right decision!! The estimate for completion was approximately 8-9 weeks, so it was important we were comfortable with Jim and his team frequenting our home everyday for an extended period of time. Jim explained the process and what to expect and we collectively decided on the priorities throughout the project. We had the option of providing Jim with product information for him to purchase and pick up or have the products delivered, or to do so ourselves. We worked together to keep on track, and we ensured we stayed ahead of them by having products on site in advance of the next steps. This was possible due to the excellent communication from Jim and team on estimated timelines for each step. Jim offered several suggestions throughout the project to help streamline some of the lines in the media room by reducing the number of bulkheads as an example. We have a much cleaner look there now by simply relocating a couple of gas lines to flexible hoses etc, that kept the ceiling height and cleaner lines. That was just one example, there were other neat things suggested that all added value to our project. The project was completed on time and we are absolutely delighted with the end results and my in-laws absolutely love their new bedroom and bathroom. We love our media room space with full bathroom, where we can hide out!! Jim and his team were professional, personable and easy to work with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and anyone who is looking for a great company who will make your vision reality. Moving my in laws into our 2 level hone from their bungalow required major renovations, it also required the installation of a stair lift. After researching several vendors, we settled on Stannah, mainly due to their product reputation, but also due to our Advisor Christy Aikin! Christy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and empathetic and recommended the right equipment for our specific needs! We have a curved staircase, which made our install a custom one right off the bat. My father in law has dementia, so the standard product with manual seat lever would not be suitable for him as he would consistently forget to use the lever to exit the chair and that could have resulted in bad things happening!! Christy worked with us to educate us on our options both for the chair as well as where and how we installed the rails etc. The entire experience was painless and efficient from our first meeting with Christy pre Covid, to our actual installation months later due to Covid!! Our installation team were excellent. They showed up early, were knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire install which took only a couple of hours. We are very happy with our decision to select Stannah and were fortunate to have Christy as our Advisor!! We would highly recommend Stannah to anyone who requires this type of equipment. Would also highly recommend asking for Christy as your Advisor!!

Our experience with David, Manager of York Taps, was excellent from start to finish!! After weeks of seeking for the perfect vanity to meet our needs, I found York Taps on line and we visited their store. The selection, quality and variety of brands was very good with lots of options to choose from. We found the perfect vanity that was solid wood and very stylish and we were able to switch from the quartz top to the Carrera Marble top, to suit our decor. The bonus was it was also on sale...... David was extremely accommodating on the delivery to Keswick, some companies will not go further north than Newmarket. We would not hesitate to recommend David and York Taps to friends and family and would use them again for any future renovation projects.

After some research and sourcing alternatives, we commissioned Berge to bring our concrete pool deck back to life. He was professional and extremely helpful from the start of the project and through to completion. He offered his experience and advice in our colour selection and pattern and the results were excellent. We have had many compliments from family and friends and our aging concrete looks brand new again. We would not hesitate to recommend Berge for any job within his realm of expertise!!
