Dino and his son did a fantastic job on our new fence. The whole process was very easy going and professional: the quote, the communication to setup the date, and the job itself. The fence is extremely solid and provides a lot of privacy. You can really tell they used good quality material and the job done with high workmanship. My house did not have access for large machinery so Dino had to dig by hand - the outcome was very good, with solid posts. Thank you Dino!

My 16-year old furnace broke down again during the recent cold wave, so I decided to call a few places to get a quote for a new furnace. Cozy World was one of them. Fred also took a look at my existing heat pump (heat + a/c) and explained in details why the current setup was wrong and was actually damaging my furnace. Since my heat pump was over 10 years old and was starting to make a lot of noises, I asked for a completed furnace + A/C replacement quote, and got a competitive quote for new furnace/ac/icomfort thermostat system. All Lennox, so it all integrates together quite nicely. The installation went very smooth. Kam and his team were very professional and did an amazing job. Kam even noticed that the current filter holder I had was not very good, so he moved the filter holder to a better location and installed a new filter. All details were explained, and all my questions answered. I am very happy with my new furnace, and can't wait until it heats up outside to use the A/C too. The place was left clean, with all old equipment and boxes taken care of. I recommend getting the icomfort thermostat, as it integrates with all the systems and gives you an awesome user interface.

I hired Tip Top Trough to disconnect the downpipe on the side of my house, since they had done such a good job cleaning the eavesdrop a few weeks earlier. They came on time and performed the job exactly as they had quoted and described. The new pipe is secure and working great!

I called Clarke Basement Systems when I noticed a small leak in my basement foundation wall. I was able to quickly get an appointment, and Ron was able to explain exactly what was wrong and what the recommended fix was. He was very helpful in answering my questions, and was not pushy on upselling. I had to reschedule the work day and the customer service at Clarke Basement was outstanding. Very polite and accommodating. The work was done by Fitz Wilks, who was extreme knowledgeable about all parts of the work and explained to me every single step. I highly recommend Fitz, Ron, and the entire clarke basement team!

I woke up one morning and my furnace was not working. I emailed Cozy World and within 2 hours they called me and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Very fast turn around time! Fred came in and was extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue within 10 minutes (fault ignitor) and quickly replaced it. Very good service from Fred. I highly recommend Cozy World.

I needed someone to take out my old laundry sink and install a new sink/tub that I bought. The work also included replacing the pipes and valves that go into the washing machine. I was surprised to find that other plumbing companies did not provide a free estimate (they would charge to estimate). Valentin quickly provided a very detailed (free) estimate by email with the pictures that I took, and within 2 days he had the job done! He was very professional and kept the work area clean at all times. The job went exactly as estimated, and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend his work to everyone.

The entrance to my garage had sunken a few inches, so I called Asphalt Care for a quote. David came very quickly and provided a detailed description of the work and a quote.
