Shawn the salesman was good however one of the installers had a terrible attitude. When on the roof installing the liner down the chimney, he became upset about me observing them on the roof and asked me to go inside while he worked. Later while still on the roof he dropped a lit cigarette butt off the roof on one of our patio chairs which burned a hole through the fabric. Update Oct 2013: We have since learned that this installer no longer works for the AM Group. Darren met my wife for measuring and quoting, he took his time and explained everything. We had watched their online videos and they installed the new eavestrophs quickly and efficiently as illustrated in the videos. They are flexible for last minute changes including fixing an awning where the old downspout went through. We also have a 1000 liter rain barrel and they came up with a great solution for diverting the rain water when it fills. My wife was also impressed with how clean the workers worked and how clean they left the site when finished. We have had 2 heavy down pours since the install and everything works perfectly. We got a dog in the winter and needed to replace the fence in our back yard. After getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with FG because they had the best pricing and could complete the yard as soon as the ground thawed. The workers were early, fast, efficient and did a great job even with grades. Also removal and disposal of the existing fence was included in the price. We moved into our new home (post war vintage) and the windows and doors were terrible. So we went looking for a few estimates and with eco choice we did not regret it! Gabriel was very fair with his quote and made it worth our while to replace the doors as well. The whole process was very fast and it only took two days to remove and reinstall everything new. We replaced 9 windows and 2 doors and we are so satisfied with the work done! Alex and Victor were very efficient and worked cleanly as well! We love the European style windows, because first-they are so easy to clean and easy to handle, second-you can open them completely to the inside (maybe I'm just saying that because I'm German and use to them ;-) ) They might be more expensive, but definitely worth the money! The new doors are amazing as well! It wasn't easy to install them, because it's a pretty old house, but the guys insulated everything perfectly and fixed everything well. Now that the winter has arrived we are even more happy about it! We'll save a lot of energy costs because of the change. Seriously-you don't have to look around for a better company! Take eco-choice!
