I contacted AM GROUP Heating and cooling Ltd: the fireplace club, regarding an issue I had at a rental unit with the fireplace. I was pleased to speak with the technician Ray who arrived promptly. He checked the pressure and completed a thorough diagnosis of the unit. We were told by other dealers that we would have to change the fireplace. It would have cost thousands of dollars. We had another company come in three times to check the unit. However, the tenants contacted us again and announced that there was still a problem with the unit.
He checked everything thoroughly, and there was no issue and even gave a comprehensive report of the diagnosis, which I then forwarded to the tenants.
Ray was a ray of sunshine. He was honest and explained everything in detail. He explained thoroughly what he did. It included a carbon monoxide check to make sure there was no gas leakage
The final result was no issue with the unit, and in excellent order despite being 20 years old! I want to thank the company for their prompt service. I called them on a Monday, and a technician came out on Wednesday. Thank you, Sally and Le-Ann, for your quick and efficient service. It was a pleasure speaking with you.
