The guys came to give me a quote to do a semi long haul move and the quoted about $550.00. The move took more time that expected by they owner, but the guys that thye sent were FANTASTIC. I was terrified becuause i was moving and my husband was stuck working, so thought for sure something bad will happen. But nothing, the guys came, packed me, loaded the truck, and drove it up north with out hick up. The did break a cheap frame, but came to me right away to tell me, i thought it was funny becuase it was so cheap that it didnt matter, but they took it very seriously. The guys worked hard, they were nice, funny and even were pleasent to my dog who wants to be in the middle of everything. Overall I would recomend them, and use them again.

Sam and His guys are very nice, and they have good prices. They worked really hard on our house, and did the best job possible i beleive. There are some things that dont look 100% in my eyes, but I am a perfectionist, and it was not an easy job. So given the work that was done, from what they had to work with, i think they were great. I even called them back for a few more things this week. keep in mind they are young, but they are not lacking in quality!

I wish there was another word that described the satisfaction that we received from this company. Their work was great, their service outstanding, and the people were pleasent to work with. I liked working with them so much, I wish they did more so I dont ever have to work with another terrible contractor. I believe they told me that the hardwood floors in our house were the worst they have ever seen (they are the origionals from 1927) and every person who has seen them since Craftwood worked their majic, has been in awww. It has been a long renovation, and Crafwood made me forget all the nightmare contractors, and simply enjoy the beauty that we knew was in this near century old home. Thanks again guys, I never drempt the floors would look so amazing!

Although they were not on time, and had creative reasons for their delays, and even though they were not the greatest in customer service, they were not unpleasant to work with. The big thing here was that their prices were great! The quality was fantastic, even our close friend who is a high-end custom homebuilder thought the quality was great and the price amazing, and wondered where we found them. A great resource homerenovationguide had them in the Toronto Kitchen section, and we would recommend them 100 times because the price to quality was outstanding. 5 stars for quality, 3 for service and delays, average of 4 stars.

when we first went to the store, the gentleman assisting us was pleasant, odd, but pleasant. I would like to consider myself a person easy to please, proven by the fact we selected our carpet in 20 minutes, paid for it, and we on out way home. That was a Friday, and we were told that they would send someone to do the measurements on Monday and Wednesday someone would install. Its been three weeks since the person came to take the measurement, and we STILL HAVE NO CARPET!!! After every excuse in the book from both Bonnie and Steve Mandel (who never lets you finish a though or word without interruption) I cant even get a retuned call! Let it be said that along the way, I have never raised my voice, used profanity, nor have I been slanderous about them. But this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and that’s saying something. I am sure that if we ever receive the carpet it will be beautiful, but I am unable to say that as I don’t have it. I would recommend customer service 101 to them, with a side of honesty, integrity, and maybe even ethics, introductory level would be a vast improvement for this company. Ok So they finally came and the quality was 0, yep, 0! they left a mess that took a day to clean up, they never finished the work properly, and I had to go to the BBB just to get them to finish the most of the work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WORK WITH THESE GUYS! They are the worst company ever!
