After realizing my old tank had a leak, I called House Depot and Mark and his team were prompt and professional. A quote was provided and the work was completed the next day! Mark explained what needed to be done and was very thorough and meticulous in his work.

Sam promptly answered my request and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem (needed a new ignitor) and replaced it the same day. He followed all protocol for Covid-19 wearing a mask. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Professional Tree Services came highly recommended by a neighbour who had their tree pruned. In my backyard, I have a mature tree (well over 2 stories tall) that was growing precariously close to, as well as over my neighbour's roof. During our consultation, he patiently and clearly explained what he was going to do. He even made sure that all my neighbours were informed of what his crew was going to do. They also left my yard (and surrounding areas) spotless. Fantastic! Thank you!

I pulled out a rubber gasket while trying to de-clog my bathtub drain with a coat hanger. In retrospect, I should have just called a plumber instead of trying to do it myself. Both Greg and Felicity were very courteous. Greg came during the scheduled time and also checked the shut off valves throughout the house, while explaining their function.

Everyone I dealt with from the sales rep, installer to the receptionist was courteous, professional and knowlegeable. The sales rep wasn't pushy and let me come to my own decision weeks later. The installer worked efficiently, provided a brief tutorial on the storm door after it was installed. Every time I phoned the company, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The only reason I rated them a 9 intsead of a 10 was the installer could have made a better effort to clean up after he installed the storm door (he left remnants of the old storm door on the porch: wood and paint chips, stickers from the new storm door, a couple of screws). Otherwise, the installer did a fantastic job. The storm door looks great and I am very happy with it.

Red Robin was quick to respond to my request for a quote to have a few bricks replaced, as well as for a part of my foundation that needed parging. I decided to go with them after reading their reviews on Homestars. Their quote was also the lowest. I dealt with Dave mostly who scheduled the work to be done towards the end of the season (weather permitting). He not only kept me posted as to the date the crew would arrive, but more importantly, he was courteous and honest. Dave did a fantastic job answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. The crew did a great job and left no evidence that they had been there. It was even difficult for me to tell which bricks had been replaced. Amazing!
