Last week I started using the kitchen sink only to find that I was standing in a puddle of warm water that had leaked from the pipes underneath. Both of the side-by-side sinks were unusable. Happy Construction was at my house before noon the same day. They identified the issues (there were multiple), went to fetch parts and everything was resolved within a couple hours. They were quick, clean and quiet. Everything is working great now. Very happy with their work and the cost!

We hired Koncept Building to smooth textured walls and replace flooring in our basement, build a coffered ceiling to hide a ceiling mounted a/c unit and to insulate, install drywall and pot lights and tile in our breezeway (soon to be mud room). A friend with very discerning taste had recommended Koncept building and after speaking with Greg and meeting with Rami and Eric, we felt confident that they would be perfect for the job. Everything was handled professionally and looks great. The work is high quality and our home is greatly improved. All trades were careful and courteous. Eric managed the entire project, including my various requests for ad-hoc new tasks like an absolute pro. The quote we received was complete and clear. It was honestly so nice to work with this team. We would hire them again in a second.

Andrew and Ryan at the Floor Shop were wonderful to deal with. Very thorough, prompt and responsive. They explained everything to me and ensured my understanding every step of the way. I never once had to follow-up with them and they kept me in the loop throughout the project. We were working with very tight timelines and they worked to accommodate our schedule despite an unanticipated setback. At the time of installation, we noticed one small cracked floorboard. I called them to report it on the Friday of a long weekend and the issue was completely resolved by 11:00 am on the very next business day. I could not be happier that we chose The Floor Shop.
