Basement update, breezeway improvements and hiding a ceiling mounted a/c unit
We hired Koncept Building to smooth textured walls and replace flooring in our basement, build a coffered ceiling to hide a ceiling mounted a/c unit and to insulate, install drywall and pot lights and tile in our breezeway (soon to be mud room). A friend with very discerning taste had recommended Koncept building and after speaking with Greg and meeting with Rami and Eric, we felt confident that they would be perfect for the job.
Everything was handled professionally and looks great. The work is high quality and our home is greatly improved. All trades were careful and courteous. Eric managed the entire project, including my various requests for ad-hoc new tasks like an absolute pro. The quote we received was complete and clear. It was honestly so nice to work with this team. We would hire them again in a second.
