Update Review: I have resumed my contract with the company after the government lockdown in early June, with the understanding that there were tremendous amount of cost pressure in renovation business during the government lockdown. I am glad that the company CEO had sincerely explained his difficulties and resolved all the work issues. The company was able to complete the installation of the door cabinets and floor tiles expeditiously after and I am happy with the work. I hope the company can continue to retain its credibility and serve its business well in future. I have raised my rating as a result. ============================================================== Original Review: When I read the review of the earlier client's comment, who ended up bringing his case to the court, I said I should have been careful about choosing this company for work. I had a kitchen renovation work set up with CEO (big title) of this company back in March. At first, he talked nicely and confirmed the work can be done in 2 days. The agreement clearly indicated the material delivery date and completion date by early April. Based on the agreed payment schedule (Attached), I would pay only $5000 for all material (kitchen countertop, cabinet doors, floor tiles) once the material is received. On first day of work, the company only provided the kitchen countertop but the CEO D asked for $7000. In good faith, I paid him this money and expect he would deliver the cabinet doors and floor tiles. I have asked to pick up the material (which has already been paid) few weeks after payment so the project can be completed after the government lockdown. Not only he did not respond, but also ask for additional payment before I can pick up. The text messages were also disrespectful. Also, when I ask him to return the access key and our old cabinet doors he has taken, he also disrespectfully refused to return. As with previous client, I have to bring this case to court. I also have no ideas why there are so many faulty good reviews for this company.

I was looking for a brand new furnace after the 15 years old furnace Carrier emitted smelly gas one day. It was so bad that the gas company had to shut it off. I called Cozy World on Saturday and didnt expect anyone answering. Boris the salesman answered the call and provided some good advice over the phone, including not to use 3M filters which could be the cause of the malfunction of the heat exchanger. He recommended using Lennox. Since some reviews indicated the Lennox is noisy, I expressed my concerns to Boris for using a different brand. Boris provided detailed explanations on my concerns and the noise issue is more of poor installation and not the unit issue. Once I agreed with the installation, Boris was able to arrange installation on the next day without any delay. The installation done by Sazeed and his team was great. They installed the connecting pipes and new filter housing to make sure it is proper. I am extremely happy with the installation and the service. They also completed the registration of the warranty the next day. Excellent follow-up.
