Job well done. It took 2 hours for 2 people to install railings around my walkout with Social distancing! We negotiated the price and agreed on the total. Deposit paid and 2 weeks later it was installed. Balance was paid after the job was completed. It was straightforward process. I will use them again for my next railing project.

Very pleased with the service. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My kitchen sink was snaked, 2 toilets were replaced and one toilet way repaired. One of my toilets is a Kohler. The Fill valve was defective and I figured I will have it replaced but Vince insisted to have the whole toilet replaced because the part would cost more than a new toilet! He was right! Very satisfied. I like when trades are efficient and clean after the job I trust your members because they know they will be rated after they are done!

This company was hired by my general contractor to build a swimming pool in 2004. As far as the cost, I really dont know but I have indicated 50,000 because this program requires the cost. I had few issues with them shortly after we moved in. They gave me a very hard time. Phone calls were not returned and they did not stand for their work. i recently had another leak. I called a leak detector company who has determined that the leak was due to the fact that the pipes were sitting on top of a concrete slab that punctured the pipes. When i called to let them know about the problem, they referred me to my contract were they were not responsable of the back fill. I explained that the pipes were sitting crooked on the slab and that is the reason of the leak, not the back fill. they would not listen. I am very upset because this repair is costing me few thousands dollars. I will never deal with them and I had to use various pool companies after my first sour experience with them. Now I found an honest company that has been maintaining my pool for the last few years. I will write a review about them as soon as they finish the job.

I had some water damage in my basement last summer. I hired a "water proofing company" A to address it. Useless to say, they did a very poor job and in fact they caused further damage to my landscaping. I asked my engineer to refer me to a professional company. He referred me to RCC waterproofing. They came to give me a written contract. I agreed on the cost (thinking that this few hour job was too costly) but I did agree to pay trusting they will solve my water problem. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I had to leave my property as I had some important meeting to attend to. Mike, the head of the crew, provided me with an update on what was done and even sent me few pictures showing the various stages of the job. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work Mike did and like to take this opportunity to thank him and thank RCC waterproofing to hire such professionals.

Their sales people are very slow to reply to request of information. My flat roof is not so flat because now the water is settling on one side of the terrace and that is very ugly. Their price is quite high. I just called them recently to enquire about installing a porcelain terrace on the roof. They first tried to convince me to build a wooden deck instead but when I insisted on a tile terrace, they told me that they don't have any subcontractor to do such a think. I did ask about the requirements to build such terrace, they finally advised me that my sales rep will contact me for an appointment. I called the rep who advised me that his office will call me to arrange an appointment! I don't think clients should be treated that way. I called the office and asked specifically about the membrane's manufacturer in order to know the material I need to use as a base for my tiles. They took my name and number and I was promised to get a call from the warranty department to answer my question. I must admit that I had no leak after 3 or 4 years of the installation.
