Invictus Renovations

Harry and his team did a great job for me. As a first time homeowner and renovator I was very nervous. My renovation was a total gut job of a second floor apartment and a total re-do, everything from a new kitehcn and bathroom to a 12-1/2 foot vaulted ceiling and installation of a 6 foot sliding door to the back deck.

Harry proved to be very knowledgable and explained everything to me in layman's terms during the renovation. He took the time to source many of the products that I would be having installed (from the low-flush toilet to the hardwood flooring and many things in-between). I found this very helpful as I had very little knowledge on this stuff myself.

Harry and his team were able to do everything - laying and levelling the floor, re-routing and installing new rads, plumbing, electrical, framing, tiling, siding replacement, insulation, drywalling and painting - and where the need arose, he hired professional contractors (for the spray foam and electircal "pony panel" for example) They also worked closely with a reputable architech to ensure that everything was done to my specifications and that no details were overlooked.

Harry and his team were also very neat and clean, something we really appreciated - the rest of the house did not get trashed during the renovation.

They were also able to keep reasonably within budget (allowing for the little 'surprises' that come into play when gutting a 100 year old house) and I was very happy with that.

I have been totally satisfied with his work and will use him again in an instant, and I have also recommended him to friends. The compliments that I get from people about the work that was done convince me that I choose the right contractor for the job.

Our reno was very meticulous. Not a quick and dirty in and out job...
took time, explained, well researched and up to date with suggestions.
Did not feel manipulated. A bit expensive. Well worth the money for peace of mind.

Harry did a exceptional job of renoing a older home and makeing a comfortable office and rec room that is a joy to use. His team was very tidy and considerate of our home and did all the work to my satifaction even the smallest details. Thanks for a great job Harry. I would not call anyone else for future projects and am highly recommending him to all my friends.
