GTA answered the phone right away, arranged to come the next morning, phoned before arrival to confirm, came punctually, started immediately, worked quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. Troy was super-friendly and enthusiastic, talked about carpenter ants and other pests, and was really careful and respectful about the house.
