My appointment was because I had no heat. Jundez arrived during time slot and about 10 minutes after he phoned to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and pleasant. The repair was done quickly after he picked up the part that was needed. Also explained what was replaced, replaced thermostat as well . Very good experience from start to finish.
