Furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioning.
In 2015 we had a new furnace (paid for) and tankless water heater (rented) installed. The sales woman appeared very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. However after the installers left I found that the electrical cord to the water heater had been cut and then mended with electrical tape. We called the saleswoman and informed her. She appeared horrified that this would occur and was going to take action in our behalf but never heard from her again. Nor would she reply to messages. Same for the service line. 2019 we had reliance replace our air conditioner. Again the sales person was a pleasure to deal with and told us we would receive a free cover for the Ac unit. While he was here we showed him the electrical wire and HE was also horrified and said he would contact the service Dept. 3 months later I still have a severed electrical cord and no Ac cover. Reliance has not replied to my calls or emails. Seems to be a trend with this company.
