In 2015 we had a new furnace (paid for) and tankless water heater (rented) installed. The sales woman appeared very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. However after the installers left I found that the electrical cord to the water heater had been cut and then mended with electrical tape. We called the saleswoman and informed her. She appeared horrified that this would occur and was going to take action in our behalf but never heard from her again. Nor would she reply to messages. Same for the service line. 2019 we had reliance replace our air conditioner. Again the sales person was a pleasure to deal with and told us we would receive a free cover for the Ac unit. While he was here we showed him the electrical wire and HE was also horrified and said he would contact the service Dept. 3 months later I still have a severed electrical cord and no Ac cover. Reliance has not replied to my calls or emails. Seems to be a trend with this company.

We had Belfast come and quote on our siding project. Their quote was reasonable and their service was a 10 out of 10. We had one company tell us that we could not insulate the wall under the replacement siding or the roof would have to be altered. Belfast said that would be no problem and that we should do it while the siding is being replaced. We trusted Belfast and so we went with them to do the work. They did replace the insulation and the roof did not require alterations. Belfast was quick with a quote and returning any calls we placed to them. When they came to do he work they showed up when they said they would and they were friendly and very professional. They cleaned up before they left each day and were just an overall pleasant business to deal with. We highly recommend Belfast.

Kitchenland was the second kitchen renovation business we walked into. We were recommended to another business but once we were greeted at kitchland we knew we needed to look no more. Our kitchen renovation was a small project for the Alex and the gang but they treated us just as importantly as every other customer. We were very anxious as this was our first total gut renovation and kitchen renovation but the support we received from all of the staff was outstanding. From colour and design to the installation we were so impressed with the knowledge, experience and attention to detail they provided us. We were in and out of the store many many times and were always greeted with great respect and helpfulness. We highly recommend Kitchenland and cannot say enough good about them.

Mark responded to our inquiry immediately. When I first met him he was friendly and informative. Mark always answered all of our questions (questions were numerous)!! He returned all of our calls immediately and was very patient. We got the quotation quickly and the installation date was booked without too much waiting time. The installation took a day and the installers were very friendly and knowledgable. Mark came to check the work on the day and then a couple days after. When Mark was inspecting the job he unhappily noticed some finger prints that could only be reached by using a ladder. Two days later I looked for the finger prints and they were gone. I would highly highly recommend Mark and Gutter Force.
