Furnace and air conditioner installation
Got a furnace, air condition and tankless water heater installed in November by Reliance. I had an issue with the humidifier installed for me as it is very loud so I contacted the sales rep and reported the issue. Three days ago one of reliance subcontractors called me and setup an appointment on Tuesday Jan 10 to come and fix it. I took a day off and stayed home but just couple of hours before the appointment they called me and cancelled the appointment due to part not being ordered. then they setup another appointment for me on next day Wednesday Jan 11 from 7 to 11 pm so again I stayed home for 4 hours and through the night but the technician did not show up. I called the company and received no explanation and no apology for the missing appointment only another long hours of appointment window. This is completely unacceptable, a very low level of customer service and frustrating. The irony is that Reliance use this slogan in their commercial that "We are not comfortable until you are" but the truth is that they don't care. I am an uncomfortable customer and this is how I am being treated. The truth is that when it is time to sell the product everything is perfect, they provide lots of promises and paint the perfect picture but when the deal is done then you are on your own and have to go through the painful experience that I have gone through. At least do not advertise and say something that you cannot commit to. I hope others read this review and choose their provider wisely.
