Got a furnace, air condition installed in November. The humidifier that installed makes a very loud noise so I contacted the provider and reported the issue. Three days ago this company ECHOHOME ENERGY called me and setup an appointment for a technician to come on Tuesday Jan 10 and change a part on the humidifier. I took a day off and stayed home but just couple of hours before the appointment they called me and cancelled the appointment due to part not being ordered yet. then they setup another appointment for me on next day Wednesday Jan 11 from 7 to 11 pm. Again I stayed home for 4 hours through the night but the technician did not show up. I called the company to find out why the technician did not show up but received no explanation and no apology for the missing appointment only offered another long hours of appointment window for the same day. This time the technician came but had no clue as how to fix the humidifier. The part that was ordered was exactly the same as the one is already on the unit. he changed the part anyway but it was obvious that it will not work. he left with no fix and I now remained with a not functioning humidifier. This is completely unacceptable, a very low level of customer service, unprofessional and frustrating. The lady that answered the phone today was rude and had absolutely no sense of decent customer service. As a customer I feel violated, unhappy and uncomfortable. The truth is that when it is time to sell the product everything is perfect, they provide lots of promises and paint the perfect picture but when the deal is done then you are on your own and have to go through the painful experience of bad customer service. There is simply no sign of care for the customer. Very disappointed with the service that I received from this company.
