In March 2014 my furnace died. I decided to replace it. The install was ok ( a bit sloppy) but was cleaned up by the installers after 2 additional visits.
They forgot to "put a thermostat" on the truck but promised to return at a later date to install a new on . That never happened. After calls an text messages I just gave up on ever seeing it.
Last summer my A/C wouldn't keep. The house temp would rise 5c and the A/C would run almost 24 hours a day.
Reliance returned several times to charge the system, change some wiring, put a jumper in, take a jumper out.. Then it got cool.
This summer the same thing. My A/C runs all day and most of the night and does not maintain a steady temperature.
I have called reliance and have been promised a call back from my sales person. Nothing.
My neighbor across the street which I referred to Reliance has had the EXACT same issues and Reliance has had to upsize his A/C because the sales person sold an undersized unit.
I would LOVE this to happen but I can't even get a call back.
I should have read their BBB report before doing business with them.
I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with my experience with Reliance and wish they would just come and rip their equipment out of my house. I am tired of empty promises.
