Signed up for the plan 1.5 years ago. Had 2 emergency service calls for furnace breakdowns. Both times the contractor never showed up at all and never called, despite me calling and confirming several times that I was scheduled and home waiting. Had to reschedule both times and lose time off work waiting for service. Despite assurances, have never had the contractor call before arriving as they are supposed to. This service is subcontracted by Reliance to others, and there is no recourse for the customer besides quitting the plan. UNRELIANT HOME COMFORT!
