Service from Reliance re Furnace & A/C
Extremely dissatisfied with service from Reliance sub contractors. Pleased with service from In House technicians. Since Feb. 2014 the original installation date of the furnace and April 26th the date of the A/C we have made at least 12calls to have issues with our A/C, furnace and humidifier fixed. The A/C unit after 7 calls including 1 no show never cooled our house . We made 4 calls this week re our furnace. Although our furnace/humidifier issue is now resolved, we were not impressed with the sub contractor that never showed up between 7-11 p.m on Monday Dec. 8th. I guess we will wait until the summer to find out if our A/C in fact cools our house.
