My husband and I highly recommend M and M Movers! The move from Oakville to Erin was a positive experience throughout - communicating with Brent, and the professional and friendly work done by the crew. The cost of moving from our 2800 square foot home was considerably less than what was quoted by a few other companies, and was completed in 1 day. They even included moving our baby grand piano, and made sure that all was working well before they left. Also included was a side trip to Orangeville to deliver a bedroom set to our son. There was a very small tear on the back of one of our sofas that occurred during the move, and as promised, Brent took care of the cost of repair with the insurance his company offered. (Insurance wasn't included by the other companies).

Very happy with M and M Movers. I had a big move requiring 2 26 foot trucks. Booked a week apart. The first crew was so good I requested same crew for 2nd move and got them. Both trucks were packed completely. They did a great job getting everything in with a great attitude. On such a stressful day I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude assuring me they would get it all in and did. Oh and by far the best price out of several quotes.

I had Elie, John and Anthony as my moving team. They were awesome. Arrived on time. Took great care of my stuff and were very efficient.
They were also very polite and friendly.
We will be requesting them again later this month for another move.
I hope I get this same team.
Brent was also great in getting g back to me quickly.

We were very impressed with everything about this company, including Brent (owner) and the crew, who were wonderful - so careful and helpful and hard working. We had an issue with the storage unit not being large enough and the crew took their time to ensure everything fit much like a jigsaw puzzle. This, at the end of a very long and gruelling, hot day and long drive to unload. Our hats are certainty off to Moe and crew and to an excellent company. We would highly recommend to anyone moving.

We have sold our house and moved part of our belongings to storage.
We have had an awesome experience with Brent and the team that came and did the job.
Brent was very clear on what we needed to do and accordingly sent 4 men to our home. It was super watching these guys work. They were a perfectly coordinated team that went about with such harmony- it was great to see. They moved our piano, treadmill and other items carefully making the work look easy. Called Brent based on the reviews on Home Stars. He was fantastic to deal with. Very straightforward and personable. Couldnt beat his price compared to several others I looked at.
3 guys showed up right on time!! Ali, Anthony and John (If I got John incorrect my apologies). They were awesome!! So professional and quick, friendly. Didnt want us to lift a finger.
When we got to our new place, they set everything up for us and had it all unloaded so quickly!!

We moved my mother from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom townhouse and from the outset, Brent was very responsive and friendly. They have a very reasonable hourly rate and they only start the clock when they arrive at the one home and finish at the second. The moving team was a set of 3 very friendly men with a 26 foot truck. They were right on time and were very thorough with wrapping furniture and fragile items with drop cloths and stretch wrap. They also include free upgraded replacement value insurance at no charge. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again.

Horrible experience with the owner of the company. Movers handled expensive items roughly. Dropped speakers. Movers asked if they could drive their truck into my lawn to save them time and me money and I said no, they were extremely rude.

My experience with M&M Movers was exceptional! One conversation with Brent and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The movers were on time, professional and friendly. Very reasonable as well!

The first thing to say here is that I have never had such a positive experience in moving, especially an intercity move.

My first conversation with Brent was very positive, and I immediately felt more at ease since I was talking to the owner of a family business. I instantly felt more confident that we were going to be taken care of properly.

Because our closing dates were two days apart, ours was a two-part move that involved moving out of our home in Toronto on one day and moving into our new home a couple of hours north two days later. As a result, we needed our moving company to be able to keep our belongings
on the truck for a couple of days. Check.

Brent himself was very knowledgeable about the legal process of home closings, and was able to help us figure out logistics, including when to schedule the move in.

Because of previous moves with companies who had all kinds of fine print and insurance shenanigans bent on paying only $.15 on the dollar for damaged goods, I challenged Brent about his insurance and was told that his policy pays out damaged property in full, with a deductible.

Brent also proved to be very responsive throughout - answering his phone, replying to emails, basically answering questions quickly and thoroughly.

The move out went extremely well; and the 3-man crew that Brent sent over was very polite, thorough and hardworking. They took apart furniture that needed to be dismantled quickly and made sure to attach all hardware as well so it was easy to find when the furniture needed to be reassembled. All in all, it was very smooth.

The move in was also smooth, and the crew worked diligently and quickly to put everything exactly where it was supposed to be, and reassembled all furniture as well. Both crews were professional, courteous and hardworking.

We completed the entire 3-day process with no major damage to anything, although we did have one small issue with a print that Brent took care of as he said he would.

All in all, the move with M&M Movers was outstanding start to finish, and I would recommend them to ANYONE looking to move, big or small.
