This is a false claim, I don't know for sure who this is. We do take deposits. I did offer to refund a customer several months ago their deposit even though they cancelled about 2 days before their move at month end, the customer went crazy when I said it takes 30 days. This was a mistake made by my office, the reservation got mixed up, we do moves on Sunday's on a regular basis. Based on the customer's reaction, we sent a crew and told the customer it was another mover, we feared not getting paid. The move went well with no problems , the customer states this in their "complaint". The customer was very unreasonable, they were NOT overcharged.
