Just had 2 new doors installed by Northview Windows & Doors. The doors arrived 2 weeks late. I was given a window of noon to 5 for installation. The installers turned up at 5 minutes to 5 then ate dinner in their truck for 20 minutes. As a result they ended up rushing the work almost entirely in the dark. As a result, while the doors themselves were installed properly, they neglected to complete all of the finishing I had paid for. After they had gone I realized they had neglected to give me a set of keys for one for my bolt lock. I called them immediately and was told to call again in the morning and the keys would be run over to me. When I called in the morning, instead of my sales person, I was passed on to one of the 2 installers. This installer just told me over and over again that he had not worked on that particular door and that the other installer claims to have given me all the keys. I might as well have been talking to a recording. The end result, I will have to get a new bolt-lock and install it myself. I guess I'll call that a $50 stupid tax on me for choosing this company. Until these guys learn to treat their customers with more respect, I'd stay away.
