Mowder Construction (MC) came highly recommended from a friend and colleague who had MC put a third-storey addition onto her then-2-storey home in the Annex.
For our project, we had an addition put into our backyard, and basically gutted the rest of a 2-storey house in Etobicoke, including an addition of an ensuite in the existing portion of the house.
We could not be happier with Jeff and his team - Mirek, Paul, Mikey, Barry etc etc etc - they were all amazing. Mirek, our site foreman, was here everyday, delegating tasks, making sure things ran smoothly. The crew was always here at 8am, and oddly enough, cleaned the place up every night, even through the demolition phase, despite us not living there during construction.
Because we had the luxury of having another place to live during construction, we were not in any particular rush to finish the job, allowing my wife to really tailor the place to our (her?) tastes. Through it all, we never ever felt pressure from Jeff to "hurry up", though we definitely felt a little guilty.
Workmanship is all outstanding.
Jeff, owner of MC, was easy to get a hold of, very easy to deal with and came back to fix anything that wasn't to our liking.
We could not recommend Mowder Construction more.
