We needed a custom raised-seam curved ("mansard") metal roof on a new porch, along with a rubberized membrane on the flat part, and new eavestroughing. Bill of Canadian Roofing responded to all our concerns, and both he and the three crews were considerate and professional. I'm glad we selected this company, and would definitely consider using them again.

Bill and his teams from Canadian Roofing did an amazing job on our detached Victorian house. We replaced everything but the flat roof on the house. All of the aluminum was re- done as well. Eavestrough, soffit , facia and two peaked areas. The garage roof and eavestrough were done too.
We got several quotes that all came in at around the same price. What set Canadian Roofing apart was the thoroughness of the quote. What he quoted was what I paid. There were no grey areas nor were there any "lets wait and see what we find". Bill's professionalism and knowledge enabled him to tell me exactly what things would cost. Over the course of the job Bill was an excellent communicator through email, phone or in person. He listened too, to what I wanted to do regarding color and style, made some great creative suggestions and made sure that I was happy with my decisions.
All of the guys who came to work on the house were great too. They all clearly enjoy what they do. The aluminum work was time consuming as there was a lot of it but it was all done thoroughly and with care. Everyone worked around the rain that we had this spring so I was never worried. Bill only expected to be paid when the job was 100% complete and when I was 100% happy. He even provided a self addressed stamped envelope!
The house looks fantastic and I have had a lot of complements from neighbors!

We had Canadian roofing company take off an original 65 year old roof with 3 layers of shingles and put down a new roof. Jason is a pleasure to deal with and the crew was fast, did a great job and was incredibly careful to clean up every nail and scrap afterwards. A quick and high quality job.

Canadian Roofing Company replaced our roof, chimney, Eavestrough, sky light, and installed new siding. They kept us informed as the job progressed and let us know when any unexpected issues arouse. The crews were friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. When the job was done I was completely satisfied with the quality of work. Whenever I had a question it was answered, and my phone calls were always returned promptly. Jason and his crew did a bang up job of repairing our roof (roof tune-up). He gave us good advice and completed all of the repairs professionally and in a timely manner. Upon meeting Jason, we immediately got the impression that he genuinely cared for the customer and was not out to simply secure a deal for his company. Jason was very knowledgeable and provided an accurate assessment of the old roof's condition. He placed more emphasis on what his company would do to correct the problem rather than what he would charge for the work. During the interview, we were impressed by Jason's professionalism and honesty. He focused on the corrective action required to fix the roof and was very thorough in explaining the work items in the contract; all at a fair price. Ultimately, Jason's honesty and professionalism during the interview closed the deal.

We are pleased to state that this advanced roofing renovation project that was initially guaranteed, was in fact a realization. Even when the job was completed in just 2 days, Jason came back to recheck for defects and quality. The roofing crew was professional and they promptly removed all garbage and cleaned up the surrounding premises. Shortly after the job was completed, there were numerous heavy springtime rainfalls and thunderstorms, but the new roof did not leak. Thus, new roof was tested numerous times by the weather elements with no issues - a testament to the quality workmanship of the Canadian Roofing Company.

Canadian Roofing has done work for my brother, father, elderly neighbor and finally our house. The entire job was completed in a day and half with a crew of 8. Everyone knew their jobs and worked well between each other. It was a messy job with three layers of shingles needing removal, moving vents, installing additional ones and installing cedar on a face wall. Once you find a good company like Canadian Roofing, stick with them.
