I want to start off by saying "thankyou" to Johncarlo and his crew (Rob and Kyle). We are thrilled with the amazing work you guys did to transform our dingy, old bathroom into the showpiece of our home! If you're looking for a contractor who takes pride in his work and has integrity, look no further. What makes him stand out from other contractors is that he pays attention to the little details and never cuts corners, often taking initiative to make minor fixes, e.g., My wife and I had painted the office and brushed against the ceiling with the roller. We cleaned it up but you could tell where we botched it. Johncarlo noticed it and touched it up so that it's now unnoticeable...w/o being asked! It's things like this and the respect he has for your home (left spotless after each work day), that make him worth every penny. My only regret is that he will eventually become so popular on HomeStars that we'll have to book him a year in advance! lol Keep up the great work Johncarlo!!

From my first conversation with Rick, I knew these guys were the ones to do the job. The detailed estimate, coupled with the 10 year warranty, sold me on the company. My phone calls were returned promptly and work was done when they said they'd do it. On the day of the job, Rick called me early in the morning and his crew showed up about an hour later. These guys were experienced installers and it showed. They tore down all the old eaves and put up the new ones (along with some soffit repair), in a about three hours. The final result was fantastic! This company offers outstanding value for your dollar. They are true "craftsmen". (pun intended)

There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already. Yes, we are extremely happy with our new furnace, AC, etc. but it goes beyond that. Dave truly goes above and beyond what your average contractor will do. For example, when Direct Energy told us that they were going to charge us to come pick up our old hot water heater, Dave took care of it saved me $75. He also drove me to Home Depot to pick up my new one. Then, after all the work was done and there was a minor gas leak coming from my meter, HE called Enbridge and made all the arrangements to have it serviced. Finally, before leaving, he sat with me and helped me fill out my Goodman warranty online. Did he have to do all these things? Of course not. Does he care about his customers? You bet! If you're interested in being taken care of from A to Z, call Dave. If not, call someone else. By the way, we want to also thank Andrew and Liviu for the work they did, especially when it came to installing the chimney liner! (I have a REALLY difficult chimney!lol) Cheers guys!

We recently had our roof redone and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Jason was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied with the overall job. He even went up on our roof after the job was done to seal some areas that he thought were lacking. (and added an extra vent when we had a concern about the ventilation at no extra charge) He genuinely cares about his customers and won't leave until he hears it from you that you're happy with the job. How often do you find a contractor like that? Save yourself some time and go with Canadian roofing when you need to replace your roof.

We just had our chimney rebuilt today and we couldn't be happier! Rudy and Aaron did and amazing job at a great price. Right from the beginning, Rudy was straightforward and honest on the work which needed to be done. On the day of the job, he and Aaron came in and worked quickly with little noise or disruption to our neighbours. Aaron, by the way, did a phenomenal job tearing down the old brick and laying down the news ones. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished the entire job (total time from start to finish was about 4 hours). Beyond that, these guys were genuinely a pleasure to be around and you can tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely tell anyone who is getting estimates to include them on their list.

The first thing that impressed me about Sammy was his thorough and detailed response to my initial e-mail. (Some of the other highly rated contractors on here were either too busy to reply or would not come in to do an estimate.)Prior to beginning any of the jobs, he walked through and explained to us every step of the work that needed to be done. He even took the time to educate us about some general maintenance and repair issues. I think what impressed me most about Sammy is that he takes great pride in his work. He will not walk away from a job until it's completed to his level of satisfaction. More than this, he genuinely cares about his clients and making them happy. He will also make sure that the work done is appropriate, consulting with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. That being said, we couldn't be happier with our bathroom repairs! Sammy tore down and replaced the section of ceiling over our bathtub that was cracking and installed an entire support structure to maintain it. The pot lights and the new fan he put in (which I never would've done on my own), look fantastic! Even the hole he patched in the wall outside the bathrrom (due to some plumbing repairs having been done before), looks great!! To summarize, this is an honest and trustworthy man who will do the job right at a fair price. At the end of the day, we felt like we made a friend too. Keep up the great work Sammy!
