Work completed in less than a day. Courteous, knowledgeable and capable workers. Protected our water garden from debris. Hand-carried all removed materials to their truck. Spotless cleanup. Not inexpensive, but less costly than two competitive quotes. Would definitely recommend CRC to friends and neighbours in a flash.

Darren and Canadian Roofing did an incredible job with our mess of a roof. Darren was amazing, talking us through all the details, making sure we understood what they were going to do. We needed new shingles for house and garage, new flat roof, sofit/trough work, they removed an old leaky chimney, and an old tv antenna tower. We had just purchased this house and the roof was a disaster. Darren called us with updates each day, letting us know if they ran into any issues or to report all is going to plan. The crew was impressively clean after each day. Thank you for a great job, no more pooling water on the flat roof, no more water pouring off the sides of the house, and a great colour shingle! Would highly recommend!

When Darren met with us, he took his time, was honest and explained everything thoroughly which we really appreciated. The work was done exactly as quoted in the estimate time and the job site cleaned as promised. A small follow up job was needed - Darren came to inspect and then sent one of his crew to fix it. I wasn't feeling all that good about the process of getting a new roof until I met Darren at Canadian Roofing Company Limited. His approach was honest, professional and straight up and he didn't hesitate to spend the time to explain the process and present me with different options. He kept in touch with me through the entire process and put me at ease with any concerns that I had as the job progressed. His crew was excellent, worked efficiently, was professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to keep me in the loop. The work area was always cleaned up after each day's work and Darren would touch base with me which included extensive picture updates (before and after etc) and let me know how the next day would proceed. We did a quick scan of local services, got some recommendations from friends, etc. Canadian Roofing had great reviews, they were located only a couple of minutes away and I was already impressed with their facilities and storage area since I pass by it quite frequently. Jason was great, came by and went through every detail and we diverged to talking about the neighbourhood and East York in general. Gave us a proper professional detailed quote covering exactly what we discussed. His crew was able to service the area we were most concerned about just before the long weekend with a solid days work, then finished it up a couple of days later. They cleaned up so fast I didn’t even have time to get out and thank them for the job they did. Even the neighbours were impressed with their work ethic and the end result.

Having previously gone through two renovations, one a major one on our house (2nd floor addition) and an interior reno for an in-law, we learned the differences between truly professional contractors, and the others. Jason and company falls in the truly professional category, with signed detailed work descriptions and quotes, and he clearly takes his customers seriously. Highly recommended.

My roof by square footage is huge. We were amazed at how fast and efficient the men were. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up like they were never here .

Darren from Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. is an outstanding example of what a good reliable contractor is. I was very pleasantly surprised that he did not ask for any deposit when I signed the contract, payment was only made upon completion of the job. He keeps his word and calls with updates when he says he will, I appreciated that and the photos updates showing the condition of the underlayment.

Over the years I have hired many contractors for various projects, I have had to spend a lot of effort and time chasing most of them. Darren is one of the few good contractors who are very reliable and most importantly punctual. I did not have to chase him for any updates, he provided constant timely updates and the project was completed on schedule. The new roof does look good.

Our roof was getting old and needing replaced. Jason was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, very thorough, and took time to help me understand the work needed. He didn't push anything on me which was appreciated. The crew was very hard working and meticulous in their clean up. Overall, well worth what we paid. Thanks CRC!
