We had leaks in our sloped and flat roof. After repairs failed to address the problem, we invited several roofers to visit and give us quotes. Although Jason's quote was not low, we were impressed with how knowledgeable he was about roofs in general, and about the century old roofs our area. Jason and his team were professional, personable, conscientious and courteous from start to finish. They explained things thoroughly, answered our questions and provided options. They redid our sloped roof and removed several layers of the flat roof down to the roof boards, installed new roof boards as needed, insulated, caulked and sealed various areas, installed drip edges, did aluminum work along the roof edges, and cleaned all the debris. They sent photographs throughout the process so that we knew exactly what they were doing. In the end, we had a comprehensive photo catalogue of the work they had completed. We are very satisfied with Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. and recommend them highly.

We had all the soffits and gutters replaced. The work was completed in less than two days. The crew was very professional and the roof looks great. Darren inspected the work several times. Thank you!

Canadian Roofing Company replaced our roof and rebuilt two brick chimneys for us last fall and we couldn't be happier with the result. Jason was always available to answer my questions or to give an update, and his crew was professional and hardworking. They weren't able to start work at my house for 6 weeks when we decided to go ahead with them, but did come by to install a temporary fix for my leaking roof which was so appreciated.

Jason and his team was AMAZING!

We moved into a new house in December of 2019 and from the home inspection we knew that the roof needed immediate attention. I called at least a dozen roofers and many most did not even respond; of the 5 that did respond and came by the house to review the job, I only received 3 estimate.

Canadian Roofing Company was not the cheapest quote, but we decided to go with them because Jason really seemed to care about doing the right job and provided excellent communications. Which really came in handy because it turned out that our rafters were rotted through and needed work beyond the quote, he provided us with recommendations and extra time to research our options rather than pressure us to make a quick and costly decision.

I would highly recommend Canadian Roofing Company for their workmanship, integrity, and transparency, and would definitely use them again for future jobs.

I hired Jason and his team to fix a flat roof on a 90 year old semi (along with my neighbour). Unfortunately it was found that our deck boards were all rotted, but the solution was simple and resulted in us getting a much better roof in the end. Jason and his team were very thorough throughout the entire process, including providing photos and updates daily.

It is a pleasure to write this review and we will not hesitate to call Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. for any roofing issues if we need help again. We are 10/10 satisfied with the work they did for us. Our only regret, if there is one, is that we had not called these guys sooner!

We live in East York in a 1928 detached 2 storey home plus detached garage at the back and had been putting our full roof replacement off for way too long. We knew it was going to be a big job and did not want to make a mistake by choosing the wrong company or the wrong type of roofing materials.

From our very first call with Darren, we knew we were in the right hands. These guys know how to provide excellent customer service and their more than 30 years experience shows in their workmanship and service. Darren was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough about addressing our needs and answering our questions, and remained involved throughout the entire process.

Darren called each day that the crew would be coming. We respected and appreciated that safety for the crew was paramount as we had to deal with an unexpected snowstorm and windy weather. He also personally came to our home several times to check that everything was running smoothly.

I was at home to watch the whole process and it was really reassuring to see a team of hard working guys, wearing all their safety gear, who looked happy to be working together as a team. They take pride in their work and after each visit, they took the time to clean up very well and explain exactly what had been accomplished. Dan and the whole team were truly great! I am not kidding when I say we literally got the white glove treatment.

Some things are worth investing in… like a roof over your head! Given the intense climate changes Canada is facing, we feel that we definitely made the right decision choosing Canadian Roofing Company Ltd. All the best and many thanks again to Darren and Dan and the whole crew!

Jason provided good advise for the evestrough & facia, which altered the proposed outfalls for the downspouts for the better. Roof repairs were for shingles that had fallen off or were loose/hanging on the sides of the mansard style roof.
Jason’s crew were very efficient and also respectful of the property, with good cleanup at the end of each workday (2 days).
If you want piece of mind, in hiring a contractor that you can count on for good quality work, I recommend Canadian Roofing Company Ltd.

Jason and his crew were very professional from start to finish. The job included replacing the roof's shingles and a 3rd floor skylight. To prevent the rain that happened during the work from entering the house, the team covered the roof with tarps. Clean-up was very well done. Prior to the roofing work, and before I contacted Jason, water had damaged an interior wall. After the roofing was completed, one of Jason's team repaired and painted the interior wall. Overall, I am very pleased with Canadian Roofing Co. and I'm happy to recommend them.
