At the start Jason provided a detailed quote outlining all the work that was involved and what was included in the price. When a problem was discovered with the section of flat roof, he explained in details what the issue was and what additional work was required to fix it. They also reworked section of the shingle roof to prevent animals sgetting in, which was a recurring problem.

Very pleased with the whole process and the finished roof, and the whole area was cleaner after they finished than when they started....

The company was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Estimator was punctual and followed up, both before the job and afterwards. Crew did a very good job on the roof and kept the property pretty clean as they worked and when they were done. The crew foreman ensured that we knew what was happening during the days that the work was done. We are very happy with the work and the experience.

Canadian Roofing Company was one of the best renovating experiences we have ever had. Darren showed up and even though it was a cold and windy day, he went up on the roof and thoroughly reviewed everything and took photos. He then took the time to explain in detail what needed to be done and gave a detailed and competitive quotation with no pressure or sales tactics. In comparison, the salesperson from the leading roofing company in the city never went on the roof, gave a not detailed quotation and then pressured me to put down a deposit even though the work could not be done for 5 months.
On the scheduled day, Darren and all of his crew (about 12 men) arrived on time and in 2.5 days they completed the entire project. They were organized, hardworking, polite and took incredible pride in their work and in making the customer happy. They also really know their business and do not cut corners. Our roof no longer leaks and our house looks great. We have had numerous compliments on how good our house looks and have already referred Darren to two of our friends and family. I would absolutely recommend him for all your roofing needs.

Jason was quick to reply to our estimate request and was out within a week to inspect our roof. His inspection of the roof was thorough and he even took photos to show us the problem areas! This was above and beyond the other companies that came to give us quotes. He was respectful of our budget and gave us a plan moving forward. Within a few weeks the crew came and completed the work in a day. Everything was clean and it was like they were never there, but they were cause our roof doesn't leak anymore! We will be using Canadian Roofing Company next summer to finish the job and do the flat roof of our house.

Jason was so helpful. He responded right away. The company did excellent work, what was needed and then told me about what was necessary in the future. They were so quick and helped me out immediately. I would recommend them highly.

Canadian Roofing staff were friendly, informative & professional. They arrived at time and date agreed to. They worked quickly and cleaned up all debris. No payment was collected until the work was completed satisfactorily. Eavestroughs look great.

I called Jason in a panic on Sunday night with leaking roof. He sent his crew to assess the damage and do all repair work next day. Very happy with having hired Jason (this is the fourth time I have hired them on different jobs).

Darren and his crew are clearly very experienced professionals who take pride in the quality of their work and their customer service. Our job turned out to be considerably more extensive than we anticipated once the old layers of flat roof were removed but they did a good job explaining our options and I feel confident that their work will hold up for years to come.
