I did not have a locksmith, so i called John, he came on time and brought the right parts with him. the job was completed to my satisfaction and now it looks like i have a locksmith.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and experience of John who is the owner. I originally called another well reviewed Locksmith on Homestars after reading the wonderful reviews. But when I called them, I got a message that the mailbox is full and I will need to leave a callback number in which I will receive a callback within 10 minutes.

Well, I waited 30 minutes and I decided to move onto the next one in line and I am so pleased that I called John. He answered my call immediately and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. John was punctual and he re-keyed my lock and cut me 5 new keys in a very quick and efficient manner. He has been in this industry for 20 years and his skill and knowledge definitely shows.

John came on a long weekend, which was impressive to start and tried his best to repair what he could rather than replace at three times the cost. Much appreciated. He was efficient, friendly, honest and had the job done in no time at all. Price was great too! No need to look further for any other locksmith. He is the best choice for the job.

We had a very old key lock on our main floor bathroom that was accidentally locked by a guest. John showed up within a couple hours of calling and had the door fixed within 10 minutes. With the long weekend coming up we were happily surprised by such quick service. John was cheerful and had a great attitude. We will definitely be calling back if ever in need of his services again.
