I recently closed on a townhouse and was looking to get the locks rekeyed as soon as possible. After calling John, he was able to re-arrange his schedule and meet me the same day which was greatly appreciated.
He arrived promptly and efficiently rekeyed the locks and cut new keys for me. He even took the initiative to get all of the locks to be consistent in the way the latch looks when the doors are locked.
