WOW! is how I can sum it up in one word. From the first phone Call to the resolution of my furnace issue, Custom Comfort was at bat for me with the furnace company. Took a little time but was worth it to be patient and kind, because I knew the issue with getting the failed part was no fault of Custom Comfort. And I knew Brandy who took my order and Ahmad the GM, who called me personally to ensure things were going in the right direction had this under control. And I was correct in this assumption because when the technicians Taylor and Anthony came out to diagnose the issue, I immediately saw the professionalism and eagerness to fix the furnace issue. They would not let up and came back a few times to try and fix the issue. But the issue was with the part supplied by the supplier. In the end Ammad, Brandy, Taylor and Anthony was
able to replace my furnace at no cost to me. DID U HEAR WHAT I SAID? no cost!. I really appreciate Custom Comfort in Barrie for being at bat for me.
