I recently purchased this service, and the experience was far below acceptable standards.
Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that one of the two installers was a trainee. The supervising installer provided instructions to the trainee, but it quickly became apparent that the trainee lacked the necessary competence for the task. When I inquired about the trainee's experience, the supervisor mentioned that he had only done the job three times, which was evident as it seemed like his first attempt.
The installation was poorly executed, resulting in the microwave being damaged and precariously held up by a single screw. This is not the quality of service I expected or paid for. My home should not serve as a training ground for inexperienced workers.
