I recently purchased this service, and the experience was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that one of the two installers was a trainee. The supervising installer provided instructions to the trainee, but it quickly became apparent that the trainee lacked the necessary competence for the task. When I inquired about the trainee's experience, the supervisor mentioned that he had only done the job three times, which was evident as it seemed like his first attempt. The installation was poorly executed, resulting in the microwave being damaged and precariously held up by a single screw. This is not the quality of service I expected or paid for. My home should not serve as a training ground for inexperienced workers.

Not impressed with quality of the product. My lawn still had weeds and I had gitten their most expensive product. Also, their service is below par. They own me money and have been avoiding returning my calls. I would suggest you look somewhere else if you want better service. Kevin the owner went out of his was to avoid refunding $157 for a service I cancelled. I was forced to look at other avenues to get my money back. Don't make my mistake look for more reputable company.

Had the pleasure of having Brent inspect my new home. He was very through, climbed up on the roof, took pictures of everything, and got up into the attic. He also told me I could contact him any time if I had any questions. He also took the time to let me know what to look out for in owning a home, since this was my first home purchase.
