I had an old door threshold that needed to be replaced with a custom threshold. Lucid Windows did the job which looked good at first, so I made full payment. But as the door got used , there were issues. Lucid Windows kept coming back and did not run away like other contractors. Ultimately they fixed all my issues to my complete satisfaction. The threshold works well now and looks good after several days of heavy use. I definitely would recommend Lucid for any door or window job. The technician Emir in particular was very helpful, honest and professional.
