The crew were very helpful, polite, thorough. they were quick, and cleaned up following the job.

My inquiry generated several responses. All of them were typical - we are interested and will contact you/send us more info/etc. Simsan was different. Sandeep showed up at my door unannounced. He is extremely polite, professional and polished. We took a walk around the house and he took time to understand the root cause of the problem which was causing water to leak out between the gutter and the awning. Though the matter was not critical or urgent, the crew was on site within an hour. They took care of the gutter cleaning, sealed some leaky joints in the down spouts, cleared moss of the roof and sprayed an anti-moss coating; and where done in a matter of few hours. The crew too was polite and efficient. I will have no hesitation in hiring Simsan again.

This company is definitely customer service focussed and want their customer happy. They are Worksafe covered, I ran their company name through Worksafe and confirmed that fact. There was another company I was considering that was delinquent on their Worksafe payments. I would not hesitate to hire Simsan Fraser Maintenance again.
