My inquiry generated several responses. All of them were typical - we are interested and will contact you/send us more info/etc. Simsan was different. Sandeep showed up at my door unannounced. He is extremely polite, professional and polished. We took a walk around the house and he took time to understand the root cause of the problem which was causing water to leak out between the gutter and the awning. Though the matter was not critical or urgent, the crew was on site within an hour. They took care of the gutter cleaning, sealed some leaky joints in the down spouts, cleared moss of the roof and sprayed an anti-moss coating; and where done in a matter of few hours. The crew too was polite and efficient. I will have no hesitation in hiring Simsan again.

This in the spirit of better late than never. In Jan 2023 Milani replaced our old and inefficient tankless water heater with a new one. The machine works very well and the tank as well as the material used were precisely what we had agreed to. More importantly I have to complement the technicians who came to do the work. Morris (aka Mustafa) and Hansen (Hassan) were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Working in restricted space, they were very well organized, and took their time to ensure that the installation was perfect. I had a bunch of questions to which I got clear and unambiguous responses along with some advice on how to ensure that the heater functioned smoothly. Thank you for doing a great job.
