Office Basement Water Problem

After half the building's basement flooded over the weekend, John and his crew managed to locate the problem and perform some much needed waterproofing. To top it off, this was our busy tax season, so we had no time to deal with this mess. John managed to handle the entire thing in a couple of days. They took care of everything. Thank you for the full service treatment and the amazing work. It's now approaching 11 months since the work was done and we have had no repeat issue. Even during the last few heavy rainstorms that flooded the parts of the street (very heavy rainfall for 2 straight days). We still get calls every few months checking in on the work and if we are happy. Nice to be remembered months after the work is completed.
