Job Well Done But....

We were happy with the work but unfortunately, Thomas did not return to replace some boards that he installed which were worn or cracked. I had to come back to this site to update my review since Thomas was a no show on several occasions and has since stopped responding to our messages, which left a very sour taste in our mouths. This was a real unfortunate turn of events for us and I would NOT recommend Charette Carpenetry because of it. What if we were to find something that voids the guarantee he gave me?! I now know that this person will not be coming back to fix anything even though he gave me his word. Disappointing end to something that could have been avoided.

Floor Trim in Dental Office

Although it was a small job (just 3 rooms), Charette Carpentry was willing to take on the project. They were able to manage an amazing look despite the resin base that couldn't be removed. They were very flexible and accommodating, coming after hours so we didn't have to have construction while seeing patients or close in order to get it all done. Very polite, very clean and very professional! I highly recommend them!

Front door remove and replace

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Hamilton

Charrette removed my old screen door and front door and installed new ones. They also replaced the trim around the door and the sill at the bottom.
They were friendly, professional, meticulous and fast.
