My washer stopped working and Karl come for assessment, open the back panel and honestly advised me against repair as way to costly and not reliable. I was looking for honesty and got it.
He provided recommendation for new appliance and explanations of his choices why .

Karl was punctual, professional and when he didnt have the part on hand that needed to be replaced he went and bought it and was still done the job quickly. He didnt overcharge like some other quotes I received. I would hire him for any appliance issues hes willing to take on!

I needed a simple washing machine disconnect, but when Karl showed up and found that the water valves were broken, he took the time to find the central water supply in my condo and get it turned off, THEN even installed the new washer to make it more convenient, all while charging me the original quote.
