I posted a job on homestars with a specific job description and request for what was the issue, time and price
Instead of rushing to call me first like everyone else, Karl responded to my post properly, with a guess of the issue and time and labor to fix.
He was very pleasant and even gave me a tip about an issue with my dryer that probably will save me a few hundred dollars.
Highly recommend Karl.
