William was very helpful in helping us get some small jobs finished around the house that we desperately needed but couldnt find people to do. He assessed the various problems which led to getting our sink unplugged ; then he worked on and eventually replaced the toilet. Hes also willing to do small tasks . He is very quick and efficient.
