We were suffering from chronic water leakage for months and could only identified the problem was caused by a bathroom on the second floor. We worried about the cost and delayed the calling of plumbers until we see damages on the walls on the first floor.

The first plumbers we called cannot pinpoint the problem. He was asking 300 to demolish the ceiling to simply locate problem. We denied as it is too costly.

Juan from Drain Units, however, confidently told us the problem caused by a malfunction wax ring, a few minutes after his initial visit, and provide us a reasonable quote to fix the problem. We called him to fix so over the weekend and he solved it within 30mins.

We observed a few weeks to ensure the leakage problem is solved. And it does. So we left this review to recommend him to other families who need plumbers services.

The scope of work was to replace a 8 foot section of kitchen sink drain line that had plugged and clean out sections of pipe leading into and out of replaced section. They also replaced section of kitchen sink drain pipe, p-trap, and dish washer drain under sink. Juan and Vincent were professional and courteous. They were able to provide next day service. Both even entered the premises with covers on their boots to keep the floors clean. And they even carted away the plugged sections of pipe without asking and also cleaned the work site. I recommend their service.
