There is some sort of communication problems between manufacturer and the store. We made a small purchase on a home decor. its been over 4 months and it still has not arrived at the store. We called countless times and they would always tell us it would arrive next week. They finally told us that they cannot deliver it and that was it. We try receiving our money back and they need approval from head office. head office still has not replied back. we call to further inquire and we find out we may not get our money back because it was final sale. We ask for our merchandise, and they tell us they cant give it to us after we've already paid!! Then they tell us we might not be able to get our money back!!? this is still on going and it is so time consuming and stressful. Never again. I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends to never step foot in this company. PS: they keep changing their story up about the item. they told us there was an email claiming it would come in the beginning of the month. they're extremely reluctant to give back your money so they'll continue to change their story and hold things off. All we want is what we paid for. They've also tried to get us to buy another home decor item in place of the first one. This is extremely frustrating, we want what we paid for or we want our money back and bad boy refuses to do either.
