We told them right from start we would not be needing a mortgage and would pay cash , while for over six months we have been paying almost 3000 a month . We have had a flood in bathroom , problems with flooding in basement , nobody communicates with any updates , building very dirty , I would never recommend to build anything , building built very cheap , the sailing was very misleading , was told it was a gated community to find out that the pickle courts and playground is public , had unnecessary traffic every weekend for almost 2 months . They do what they want and not to worried about the owners

Customer service terrible and rude, it's been a year no closing, never given the chance to pay purchase outright others were allowed we are paying $4600 a month to carry they don't care after we purhased
