My Range Hood light stopped working, I tried to change the bulb, still no luck, called the manufacturer, they not interested. Found Egor on Homestars. He showed up next day, fixed it in 15 minutes, during a snowstorm. Egor was friendly, polite & professional - knew what was required very quickly.

We had an untimely breakdown of our oven when an element broke during dinner. Egor posted on Homestars and didn't hesitate to call when I did not initially pick up his message online. Having provided a couple of pictures and the model number to him, he estimated the cost and indicated that he could be at the house the following morning at 11:30. By noon (less than 18 hours) we had a fully functional oven again plus Egor was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to deal with. Thank you!

My dishwasher was leaking and needed repair. Egor answered immediately, asked me for the make, and arrived shortly thereafter. He discovered that the dishwasher had never been properly installed. The water line was leaking in two places and needed a new water valve. He had the parts and did the install and also fixed the wobbling.
