Egor answered my panic call when my fridge had issues. He came earlier than he said, was polite, clean and with a sense of humor.
He knows what he is doing.

Our fridge freezer was not working so I contacted Egor. He arrived promptly (10mins early) and talked me through every step of the process as he tested components and found the failed part. I would call again if we need any appliance repair and would recommend OnBudget.

Very happy with Egor's service in repairing my dishwasher. He responded to my email request within minutes, and was able to come for a diagnostic visit the following morning on a Saturday. The dishwasher needed a new latch and Egor was able to purchase one immediately, return to the house and complete the repair, all before 11:00 am. He is very personable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Egor came to fix my dryer today. He was courteous, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly, and charged a reasonable amount. I would definitely recommend him.

Igor called me first thing in the morning after I submitted a request on line after midnight the night before! He was at my house within 30 minutes and diagnosed my fridge's dead compressor () within 1 minute! It was unfortunately not worth the money to fix it, but Igor was honest, trustworthy, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him again!

Called Egor to come in and look at my dishwasher which wasn't filling. I think most technicians would have given up and left while still charging a fee. He stayed for a long while and we got the issue sorted out. He was extremely reasonable and I would definitely call him again.
