Our furnace decided it wanted to start up sometimes and not at other times. David responded really quickly when I put the request out for the quote and offered me some great trouble shooting advice which saved us hundreds of dollars on a service call and repairs. Problem seems to be solved for now, fingers crossed. Will definitely call him again if the furnace needs servicing.

My furnace/AC packaged unit has died on friday and had a great conversation today with them regarding possible options for new systems. Currently working on applying for the government grant / loan to check eligibility.

David was fast to respond to my call for quote on Homestars.com. Communication with him was easy and painless through sms text and calls. He came in at the agreed time and quickly diagnosed the issue was incorrect wiring of the unit. He replaced the condensation pipe (the old one was blocked-up with calling from the hard water). He then spent extra time rewiring my smart thermostat to make sure the whole system worked. Then he did some other checks to make sure everything was good to go. All in all awesome service and we're enjoying the immediate benefits of a whole house humidifier now.

Dave was able to provide quick and excellent service to my tankless water heater and air handler.

He took the time to explain the issue to me, and went through the steps that he took to analyze and diagnose the issue that I had.

It was not a regular work of sauna unit replacement. The old one should
be moved out from a small recess in the wall. To move it out, David even made a cutout in the closet ajacent to the recess. The sauna unit is over 30 years old. Many unexpected conditions came out during the work, like leaking valve, soldered nuts and tight space for operation. But David can always come up with good ideas to deal with it.
Now I can enjoy sauna with my families. Nice work.

My furnace broke during the storm. Dave from Ace, returned my call, came in the storm, his team came with the replacement furnace and put in immediately.

He did charge me for an emergency service call and within 8 hours I had a new furnace which he so led with my eco thermostat and the house is heating better than ever.

From start to finish it was great experience. We had a hard time with previous experience. He was well organized, flexible with our schedule and ensured we were satisfied.

He also extend are warranty at a minimal cost. Making sure to explain what our options were and answer any questions we had.
